Shipping costs and information
As standard, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below and via UPS. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below:

For deliveries to third countries, the recipient will incur additional costs for customs duties and taxes.
The prices include packaging and apply per package up to 15 kg (the shipping costs for your order are shown in the shopping cart).
Prices are valid as of February 1, 2024. Subject to change without notice. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made (§449).
If you wish to ship to another country, please write us an email before ordering (info@pica-design.de) and tell us the article, quantity and exact delivery address. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

Payment Information
We offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

Detailed information on the individual payment options
Our invoices must be settled without deduction within 20 days of the invoice date. We grant a 2% discount for payments within 10 days of the invoice date. The exact invoice amount and the account details can be found in the invoice attached to the delivery.
For first orders, we allow ourselves to insist on payment in advance.
Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the transaction number. We will inform you of our bank details and the transaction number separately by email as part of the order processing. When paying by bank transfer, we grant a 2% discount on the gross value of the respective order.
We accept Visa and Master Card credit cards. The transmission of your credit card data is protected by a secure SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer).
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay safely, easily and quickly. In order to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal. You will then be redirected back to us (www.pica-design.de).
