We do, of course, offer you the opportunity to customize your packaging. Printed with your logo, jewellery packaging becomes an effective way of advertising your business. By using the pad printing process we can also print on organic shapes.

Pad Printing

In a flat template an impression is washed out. The deepened image areas are filled with dye, the excess dye is removed, and a film of dye remains in the deepened areas. A silicon pad takes the ink from the impression and transfers it to the area of the packaging to be printed.

Due to its flexibility and elasticity, the silicon pad is able to follow the surface of the object as it releases the ink. As a result, this is the best method for printing organic shapes.

Another advantage is the sharpness which can be achieved in the contour lines, almost no other printing process can reach this standard. The application of the dye is, however, very thin. With highly absorbent paper packaging the base colour can bleed through.

Hot Foil Embossing

Hot foil stamping is a special technique of high-quality print finishing which creates visual and haptic contrasts on flat surfaces. This exceptional method of enhancing printed materials works by means of foils: the coating properties of the foils are released through pressure and heat and they are then pressed onto the paper.

Hot foil stamping is also possible on the black flocking in the inside of our black, white and grey boxes.
